If you have a health concern or are suffering from an injury Julie B’s private classes will show you how to adapt yoga poses for your body to avoid any injury. They also help to speed up recovery and avoid further health concerns. Julie will tailor a sequence to suit your specific needs. She will give you a better understanding of how to adapt in group classes whilst continuing to practice.
Experienced yogis or goal getters
If you want to go deeper into your practice or are working to a specific goal or pose Julie B’s private classes are a great opportunity to get tailored advice, sequences and adjustments to take your practice to the next level.
Private sessions take place in the comfort of your own home- if you don’t have a yoga mat Julie will bring one for you along with all the props you might need.
