Attending yoga workshops on a particular theme or topic allows you to go much deeper into the practice and specific postures than would be possible in a regular class. A workshop offers the opportunity to advance both your practice and your knowledge.
Julie B offers a variety of workshops on different themes and topics in studios and offices across Dublin.
