Revive & Refresh: Spine

Busy lifestyles, stressful jobs, too much time sitting at desks, commuting, collapsing into the couch all lead to back, neck and shoulder pain and tightness. This workshop is designed to help release that tightness and ease the associated pain in these areas.
We will work through deep releases for each of these areas and some strengthening sequences for both the back and core to take some of the pressure off, particularly in the lumbar spine. There will also be a focus on breath work to help calm the mind and release stress without letting it build up in the shoulders and neck.
